Its quite astonishing. A 2-storey terrace in Mutiara Damansara is now selling for 900k. But practically 10-15 mins drive down the Surian road, the terrace houses in Kota Damansara are only selling for 400-500k, which is half than that. Maybe because Mutiara is freehold. But freehold to me is overrated. If it costs you twice as much, its clearly overrated & overpriced. But you can't argue with the market. Even the banks agree.
I am a minority. I don't ever recall any of my friends wanting to buy bungalow land. They say its a crazy idea. Only millionaires do that. Well guys, i intend to prove you wrong.
