The cost for option 1 (full wood):
Building Chengal Fencing height 4'ft with 1"x4" chengal wood zig-zag both side will cost RM60000.
The cost for option 2 (full brick):
Building the 5'ft brick fencing will cost RM25000.
The cost for option 3 (half brick, half wood) :
Building the 3'ft brick fencing will cost RM19000 with the chengal wood Zig-Zag fencing 2'ft height will cost RM25000. Total fencing will consist of 3'ft height brick wall with 2'ft height fencing will be RM43000.
